As visual storytellers, we look for the moments in between. The ones that might go missed by the average person. My name is Alyssa, and alongside my husband, JC, we are a husband-and-wife wedding photo and video team based in Austin. I am the photographer, and JC is the videographer. Together, we are constantly searching for the moments that will mean the most to you.
Your mom’s tears falling during the ceremony, the way your partner looks at you as you smile at your guests, the kiss you give your grandma as she comes up for family portraits. There are so many moments ready to be captured and preserved, both in still frames and in motion.
I began my photography journey as a Corpus Christi wedding photographer, capturing images on film and digital at the age of 18 when I purchased my first 35mm film camera. The limited number of images on a roll of film forced me to put my camera phone down and truly observe the beauty in the world and the people around me. Now, with JC by my side capturing those same moments through video, we’re able to tell your story in a deeper, more complete way.

Since then, I've traveled all over Texas, Mexico, and more documenting love stories for couples and families.
My love for photography has brought me everywhere from the beaches of corpus christi to the mountains in Puerto Vallarta. But regardless of where I travel, the beaches of Corpus will always be my home.
I was born and raised in the coastal city of Corpus christi, texas and moved to austin in 2015 after studying abroad in scotland.
the heart behind the images
The first time my dad saw my mom, he was so sure she was the one, he walked straight up to her and gave her a kiss. Was it forward? Yes. But it worked. It's been 32 years and they're still going strong.
My parents have always been a beautiful example of love, intimacy and marriage. And when my mom got sick, it wasn't home decor or baked goods that my dad brought to the hospital, it was photos. Photos remind us of the strength, courage and hope that reside in all of us the way few other things can.
